Orihuela Costa is a coastal area of southern Spain located on the Costa Blanca South. It has a 20km coastline centred around Dehesa de Campoamor and includes the very popular seaside resorts of Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Villamartin, Campoamor and Mil Pameras. Properties on the Orihuela Costa are some of the most sought after on the whole coast due to the lovely blue flag sandy beaches and closeness to excellent amenities like the famous La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and the many top class golf courses and restaurants. The area is served by excellent roads and motorways and is less than an hour from Alicante airport.  Last but not least property prices on the Orihuela Costa are very competitive staring around €80,000.
