The modern design is probaby the main characteristic that makes the house outstand in the zone. Clear, almost simetric white rectangular forms and a plain roof  are more usual for Ibiza or some other Mediterranean island, and contrast drastically with the traditional continental architecture that uses mainly bricks or stones and tile roofs with triangular forms. The remote paysage has green-blueish tones, resembling the Mediterranean sea colors, which at night reminds a port by the form of lights of a distant village. South-West orientation offers the most beautiful sunsets… All that suggests a certain similarity with a vacation lifestyle on Mediterranean sea, full of relax and unconcern.   The absence of urban pollutions makes the sky in this area absolutely cloudless, direct sun rays make the colors bright and saturated at daytime, and at night time you can see hundreds of stars, with clearly divisible canstellations.
