HOUSE EXCHANGE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT


This new service may be of interest to those who wish to relocate from Spain back to the UK, but are delayed because their property is not selling due to the current market conditions. It could also be of interest to those who wish to relocate to a different part of Spain.

Through our network of UK estate agents we have a growing number of clients in the UK who would like to move to Spain but are unable to sell their property because of current market conditions. Many of these people will consider a house swop either permanently or on a temporary basis until the property markets return to normal.
