As an alternative to full agency services we now offer a new service for vendors who would like to sell privately but need some help getting buyers to view. This new service is designed for those vendors who are in residence and wish to manage the sale themselves, cut out the agents commission and therefore reduce their asking price to make the sale more attractive for the buyer.
What we offer is the opportunity to advertise your property throughout Europe in all the main languages until it sells all for a low fixed cost of €60. Your property will be listed on its own web page with up to 12 colour photos on our high ranking web site until it sells and in addition we will list it for 12 months on all the web sites listed below. All enquiries will come directly to you as prospective buyers will only have your contact email address.(We suggest you create a new email address specifically for the sale of your property as this will be easier to control)
We create your web pages from the decription and images that you send us and you can make alterations from time to time free of charge.
We also include in this service a free pack which contains many "house doctor" tips and advice on selling your property.
All we need is up to 12 quality digital images sent to us by email together with full descriptive details of the property and the owners. For a limited period the cost of this service is only the €60 euro registration fee.

Just send an email to info@hotpropertiesinspain.com to include your address and contact numbers plus full decriptive details of your property together with up to 12 quality digital images you may need to send the photos in 3 or 4 separate emails so they send and receive quickly) You can make the €60 payment by bank transfer or cards using the secure PayPal system.
